I’m doomed! The camera I borrowed from my parents went broke on me! I wasn’t even able to use it. I don’t know what happened. I wondered if the altitude or being in the airplane caused it to malfunction although I didn’t use it when I was in the plane. But that’s highly an unlikely reason. And here I was trying to save myself from buying a new camera. And my mother was even reluctant to lend it to me because she claimed that she might use it if she and my dad go on a trip. OH NO!!! WHAT A CONUNDRUM!

I won’t give up that this would be the end of the camera. It’s a Canon Powershot SD500 with 7.1MP. Although it is 2 years old, it’s a very nice camera. Such camera still run over $150 in the market right now. Not expecting a good research on where I can have it repaired here in the Philippines, I was surprised that it was easy for me to get the information I needed.
