Happy 2010 everyone! I hope you guys had a great celebration and an encouraging start for the new year. For me, New Year’s resolutions don’t work. 5 days after I forget about making them. Anyhow when I had a quiet time to ponder 2009 and plan for 2010, 2 things dawned on me: First, I need to curtail my spending and be diligent with my saving. December brought me so many expenses and seeing my credit card statement made me realize how impulsive I was with my money. In conclusion, I’ll instill better money management in me. Second, the good Lord spoke to me in Psalm 119: 36-37: to obey Him and keep His commands to be eternity-oriented than world-oriented.  With this outlook in mind, I’m inspired for 2010. I know I’ll stumble many times during that 365 days but hopefully I’ll always be reminded about these 2 things.

2010, I’m ready! Have a great year everyone!
