Ok yesterday I was in a conundrum when I heard the news report that my bank Washington Mutual (Wamu) is going bankrupt. I’m going on a long vacation in 2 months and I don’t want to go without any money. So earlier, accompanied by my dad, I made the switch to Bank of America.

2 days ago I learned that stocks or shares of Washington Mutual has dropped significantly. My boss who just handed me my paycheck told me not to deposit it in WAMU because it’ll go bankrupt within a week. I didn’t take heed until I told the story to my dad who confirmed it. OH NO!!!! So [...]
